Title: Shrimp Fra Diavolo Pasta

2 Garlic cloves;, minced
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsCrushed red pepper
2tbOlive oil
1cn(28-oz.) plum tomatoes in puree
3/4lbCleaned medium shrimp
  ** pasta **
1lbPenne or other pasta

Cook garlic cloves, salt and red pepper in olive oil over medium heat, 30 seconds. Add tomatoes in puree, heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in shrimp, cook 2 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque throughout. Typed by Ethel Snyder Date August 17, 1997
